FAQs

The most common questions regarding how to play our Level 2 experience.

How do I access the in-game experience?

You will need to create a Future Fest account to access the world. After, simply click on Enter world at the top of the screen and follow the instructions to join the world.

Why isn't proximity voice chat working?

Our voice chat is currently only supported on our desktop client. If you are playing in our browser client you will still be able to hear people speak around you.

Should I choose Desktop Client or Play in Browser?

The desktop client offers a higher fidelity experience but requires you to have hardware powerful enough to run it. If you are on a laptop or older PC, we recommend that you use our Browser Experience. Browser slots are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis.

Experiencing browser issues?

The performance of our browser client is dependent on your internet connection. We've discovered that some VPNs can cause your browser client to disconnect.

Why doesn't my Futurebot look like my NFT?

We want to give our community the power to customize their Futurebot however they want. Your NFTs unlock the corresponding traits for you to customize your Futurebot. You can view all of your traits in the sidebar to the right of the experience.

What wallets do you support?

The Cardano wallets we support are Nami and Eternl. The Ethereum wallets we support are MetaMask and Nifty Gateway.

What are the required specs for the desktop client?

OS: Currently only available on Windows.
CPU: Intel Core i5 or i7.
RAM: 8 GB minimum; 16 GB is better.
Minimum Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 1060
Storage: 3GB minimum.

Do you support connecting multiple wallets at once?

Yes! You can connect as many wallets to our platform as you want. We just scan to check if you own any Future Fest associated NFTs and unlock the corresponding benefits.

Is the desktop experience available on Mac OS?

Our Desktop Client is currently only available on Windows but we have a Mac compatible client in the works.
